How do I set up a test drive?
We recommend that you visit any dealership and test drive as many models as you like before you make a decision and start the car buying process. You are under no obligation to buy a car from the dealer where you did the test drive. Once the test drive is over, sign up for our service so we can get you best deal possible.

What is the process and how does easyCARMA work?

  1. Sign up for our service.

  2. Within 24-48 hours, an easyCARMA auto specialist will contact you to better understand the exact car you want.

  3. Once we know what you want, we will start the process. With the aid of our proprietary technology and expertise we will find your next vehicle at the best price possible.

  4. Within another 24-48 hours, you should expect a response from easyCARMA that has the exact pricing information of your desired car. There are no surprises, hidden fees or high pressure sales tactics. Also, this car deal we present to you has been thoroughly cross-negotiated with the dealerships around you.

  5. We will then schedule a phone call with you to answer any of your questions and finalize the car buying process.

  6. Once you're satisfied with your decision, we will schedule a convenient time for you to visit the dealership and pick up your new car. Or we can usually arrange for delivery at your location of choice.

  7. Either arrive to the designated dealership or wait for your vehicle to be delivered. All you need to do is sign the prearranged paperwork with the easyCARMA auto specialist.

easyCARMA is a licensed and bonded broker and we facilitate the transaction between you and the dealer. Every new car comes directly from a dealership. The cars are sold as new and carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The contracts you sign are prepared by the respective dealership.

Are you able to match advertised specials?
Yes. If you find a lower price for a new car purchase (cash, finance or lease), we will do our best to beat the advertised specials for a given make/model.

What if I have a car to trade-in or sell or what if I want to get out of my lease early?
We have various solutions on how to best handle your individual situation and are happy to naviagte you through your various options. 

Can you help me buy a used or “pre-owned” car?
No. At the current moment, easyCARMA doesn’t service the used car market. With our ability to source new cars at extremely low prices, it’s possible that the monthly payments on a new vehicle are comparable or even lower than that of a similar but older used car without the risks of maintenance, unreported accidents/damage, warranty, safety and/or mileage issues.

Can I custom order a car using easyCARMA?
Absolutely. If we can’t find the exact car you want, we will work with you and our dealer partners to design and order your custom vehicle. You’ll get all the convenience of our hassle free broker service, a low price guarantee and the perfect car. Please note that it typically takes 8-16 weeks to receive the car once the order is placed and finalized.

Where is easyCARMA's service available?
easyCARMA is currently only available in the Los Angeles county region. However, if you live outside this region and you want to use our service, you can pick your new car up at one of our Los Angeles partner dealerships.

How long can I use this service?
You have 60 days to use our service. This time starts from when we receive a completed New Car Questionnaire. This time expires once you take delivery of the new car or after 60 calendar days (whichever comes first).

How does the 100% 60-day money back guarantee work?
If you purchase, finance or lease and take delivery of the exact make, model, color and optioned car that easyCARMA is trying to negotiate on your behalf for less than what we quote you, we will refund 100% of our Service Fee.

All you need to do is contact us and show proof of purchase for a full refund within 60 days of completing the New Car Questionnaire. 

What is your refund policy?
easyCARMA offers a 100% money back guarantee as long as you meet certain criteria. Please see our Terms of Service page for more information. However, if for any other reason or if you don't meet those certain criteria, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund of any amount.

What forms of payment do you and the dealers accept?
Currently, the easyCARMA service fee is processed by Square. They accept any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay card.

When purchasing a car at the dealership, they typically prefer personal checks. However, most dealerships can also accept any combination of cash, cashier’s check, certified check and/or a wire. Most dealerships do accept credit cards, though they usually have a transaction limit of $3k - $5k.

How long does it take to get a new car using easyCARMA?
Once you sign up with our service, it’s possible to take delivery of the car within 24 hours after receiving and processing your New Car Questionnaire. However, since we don't want to pressure you, you decide on when you're ready to purchase and pick up the car.
